Budgetary Impact Of Conversion Of The DWCCMHA
Enclosed is a final copy of the Office of Legislative Auditor General's Special Report on the budgetary impact on Wayne County with the conversion of the Detroit-Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency to an Authority. Our report is dated April 26, 2013 (revised May 22, 2013); DAP No. 2013-57-003. The report was accepted by the Audit Committee at its meeting held on July 17, 2013 and formally received by the Wayne County Commission on July 25, 2013.
