Notoriano and Pomeroy - Detroit and St. Clair Shores police sergeants charged with armed robbery and other felonies in connection with the alleged theft of Notoriano's 16-year-old daughter's cell phone. The preliminary examination began at 1:30 p.m. on January 2, 2014 before Judge Baltimore. It will continue Monday, January 6th at 1:30 p.m. and, again, on Wednesday, January 8th at 1:30 p.m.
Clarence Johnson - Detroit man who carjacked, kidnapped and sexually assaulted a woman while her 11-year-old daughter was present. Today he was bound over and remanded to jail on two counts of Kidnapping, two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct First Degree, two counts of Carjacking, one count of Assault with Intent to Murder and one count of Felony Firearm. His arraignment on the information is scheduled for January 10, 2014 at 9:00 a.m.
