Theodore Wafer - Dearborn Heights man charged in the fatal shooting of Renisha McBride. The continuation of motion hearings in the case has been changed from Thursday, June 26, 2014 until Friday, June 27, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. before Judge Dana Hathaway.
Timothy Bernard Jones - Charged as an Accessory After the Fact in the homicide of Alicia Marie Fox. Today Jones retained attorney Randal Upshaw and waived his preliminary examination. The bond remains $50000/10% and his arraignment on the information will be held on July 2, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in Wayne County Circuit Court.
Ms. Fox's husband, Erin Justice, has been charged with First Degree Murder, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Felony Firearm. Justice is currently fighting extradition in Fulton County Georgia.
